- Schedule a discovery call to align on vision and expectations
- Establish project parameters including constraints, user needs, and functionality
- Create a dedicated project space in Trello for transparent collaboration
- Provide detailed engagement guidelines to ensure smooth communication

Using advanced AI visualization tools (Midjourney, Krea, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, etc.), we:
- Craft precise prompts (and evals) through iterative refinement (typically 3-6 iterations and tests)
- Generate a diverse range of concepts (20-50 initial variations)
- Select 6-10 strongest directions that align with your objectives
- Present unedited concepts to maintain creative authenticity

Collaborative Refinement
We believe in an iterative approach:
1. First Round Review
  - Present initial concepts
  - Gather your feedback and additional references
  - Identify promising directions
2. Concept Development
  - Refine selected concepts using AI tools
  - Incorporate your feedback and preferences
  - Explore variations of successful directions
3. Final Refinement
  - Polish chosen concept(s) using the most appropriate tools:
    - (*Example) Midjourney for structural refinements
    - (*Example) Krea for detailed variations
    - Manual refinement in Photoshop or Procreate when needed
